BROWNING, Mont. – De La Salle Blackfeet School (DLSBS) announced the school is beginning its planned quarantine process after a student tested positive for COVID-19. The school’s policy is that when they are notified of a positive case among students or staff, the school would move to online virtual learning for two weeks starting from the last time that student or staff member was in the school building. There will be no in-person learning from Wednesday, Nov. 3 until Wednesday, Nov. 10. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the school will be using virtual learning. Geneva Area City Schools teachers to strike over district’s online learning curriculum
GENEVA, Ohio (WOIO) – Geneva Area City School teachers will be on strike starting at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday. The Geneva Area Teachers Association put out a statement stating they will be on strike because they don’t want to continue teaching in-person and online classes at the same time. “I support them 100%, I support them but I hope it’s short-lived,” said Brittany Breedlove. All schools in the South Park School District will move to online classes Wednesday after Snapchat posts threatened gun violence at South Park Middle School. Heyworth school district returns to online learning after spike in COVID-19 cases
HEYWORTH (Heart of Illinois ABC) — Heyworth students are learning online this week because of a COVID-19 outbreak in the school district. Superintendent Lisa Taylor said 17 students and four staff members tested positive for COVID-19 in the last week.
