KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. — Knox County Schools said it will move to online learning on Monday, Feb. 1, due to expected wintry weather and the potential for hazardous road conditions.     Knox County Schools: West High, West Haven Elementary moving to online learning

    KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — West High and West Haven Elementary are the latest Knox County schools to move to virtual learning as a result of “student attendance” and “teacher/school staff attendance,” respectively. The school system made the announcement Tuesday afternoon that the two schools will be online only beginning Wednesday, Jan. 27.     Knox County teachers group calls for district to start semester online or with hybrid model

    The head of the Knox County Education Association said teachers don’t want the district to open for all in-person students Tuesday.
