Jan 24 | School of Rock FortCollins presents the Streamapalooza Online

One of the core components of School of Rock’s music education program is getting students on-stage performing real rock concerts at real rock venues, so we wanted to find a way to provide the high-quality School of Rock experience to our students and their families during the pandemic. The concept of the Streamapalooza Online Music Festival is to give our students the experience of performing live on a professionally produced television-style broadcast, while also allowing their families, friends, and potential fans to rock out with them from the comfort and safety of their own homes. The online music festival will be free of charge and will feature rock hits from the 1990s and 2000s performed live by School of Rock’s Fort Collins school students. School of Rock provides students of all ages an exciting, engaging, and unique music education experience, which includes guitar lessons, singing lessons, drum lessons, bass lessons, and piano lessons. Drawing from all styles of rock and roll, School of Rock students learn theory and techniques through our unique SongFirst™ teaching method via songs from legendary artists such as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and more. Thanks to the school’s performance-based approach, students around the world have gained superior musical proficiency, with some moving on to record deals and larger platforms such as American Idol, and The Voice.
