Busto Arsizio, Italy is more than 5,000 miles away from Milledgeville, Ga. but it’s where Federico Tartaro calls home. Tartaro is an International Student Exchange program participant. As Cornell reopened campus for the fall, its international exchange programs swung back into action, inviting students from partner universities across the world to study at the University. Exchange students range from undergraduates to graduate students, with diverse backgrounds and areas of study. Students from colleges’ partner universities come to study at Cornell through reciprocal exchange programs. Police say they don’t have any leads yet on who the driver of the car was. COWETA COUNTY, Ga. — A 16-year-old foreign exchange student is in critical condition after he was the victim of a hit and run in Coweta County. Timothee Rey is currently studying at Northgate High School from France and other students rushed to his rescue when he was hit riding his bike Tuesday night.
